I booked this unit for the location and having 2 bathrooms for our family was a huge plus. The listing mentions a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum, but it’s realistically about 10 minutes—still very close and totally walkable. Trevi is around 30 minutes on foot, and Vatican City is about a 15 minute drive. The washer/dryer only handles very small loads, so for our family laundry we used the laundromat on the same block. They offer a 3-hour wash service for about €12, which was super convenient. The neighborhood is a big plus: grocery store, pharmacy, and amazing restaurants and pastry shops right outside. The pizza place downstairs was excellent and was only €7 for a pizza. We also loved having the Nespresso machine each morning. If you’re coming from the States, bring European plug adapters—there aren’t extras provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. Overall, a comfortable spot for a small family and everything you need just steps away.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. directions and check in/check out instructions were very clear and detailed. it’s so helpful to have photos showing how to access the apartment. we had a good stay in Rome. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to leave our bags in the apartment before check in time. even though we didn’t need to take advantage, we appreciated it!
