Depuis la réservation jusqu’à notre départ, la communication a été parfaite. Vittorio et Michela sont adorables, gentils, avec l’envie de bien faire. Le logement est fonctionnel et avec les 2 salles d’eau c’est un vrai gain de temps avant de partir en excursion. Bien équipé, bien placé (supérette, restaurant, accès centre-ville), nous avons vraiment apprécié nos 3 jours à Rome. Note : habitués à l’ultra-silence de notre montagne, l’énergie de la ville est présente mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. On ne peut pas être bien placé et en dehors de toute civilisation 🙂 Pour se garer nous avons trouvé facilement le jour de notre arrivée et Vittorio c’est occupé de tout pour la place bleue 👌 Enfin, notre péripétie de dernière minute (nous avons enfermé nos clés de voiture dans l’appartement en partant 🤪)a été plus que rapidement gérée et avec tellement de gentillesse 🥰 Ce qui aurait pu gâcher notre journée c’est transformée en anecdote de vacances : encore merci ! ♥️ ✨Buon anno 2023 ✨

Overall, the apartment and experience with the hosts was excellent. The apartment was easy to find and with clear instructions from the hosts, easy to check into and get settled. They were very accommodating with our midday arrival and delayed train. Before arrival they asked us if we preferred two single beds or one double in addition to the queen in the other bedroom, so keep in mind that you have that option. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very well equipped. The location is very close (about a 10 minute walk) from Roma Termini and a 1-2 minute walk from a metro station to easily ride closer to the center of Rome, but we found that it was easy enough to just walk. The hosts gave recommendations for places to eat, all of which were excellent, and the checkout process was very straightforward. All in all, we had an excellent stay and will definitely check if this apartment is available the next time we are in Rome.

일 방문 호스트와의 의사소통이 너무 잘됩니다 예정 도착시간 보다 2시간 가량 늦었지만 우연인지 호스트를 집앞에서 마주쳤고, 모든 것을 친절히 알려주었습니다(원래 SELF CHK IN) 집은 아주 깨끗하고, 모든 시설이 매우 좋았습니다 (난방이 잘되었고, 엘리베이터 있음) 지하철역이 3분거리에 있어 대중교통 이용이 아주 편리했습니다

Michela & Vittorio’s place was so nice and clean. It’s in a neat building and was very easy to get to from the train station….which made for an easy commute to catch a flight the next morning. Our host was very responsive and helpful. The place has a lot of amenities. The kitchen was chilly equipped if you are planning to cook. There is blow dryer and hair iron in the bathroom. The place was was near the metro station and restaurants as well.
