The location is nice, communication is good, the living room and kitchen are small but good for expectations, the cleanliness could have been a bit more detailed, the duvet cover in the children’s room was missing and this made me doubt the cleanliness (unless they wash the duvet every time, of course). In conclusion, I wasn’t very satisfied in terms of price/performance, I expected better, but it met our needs, the heating was great, hot water and sound insulation were good. The materials were good (mostly Ikea), and its proximity to the metro is a great advantage. Thank you, wishing you much success.
