La posizione è assolutamente fantastica! Nel cuore di Roma, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, con tantissimi bar, negozi e attrazioni ovunque. L’appartamento aveva tutto ciò che si poteva desiderare per un soggiorno confortevole di qualche notte. Grazie, Michela e Vittorio, siete degli host fantastici! La nostra famiglia ha trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. Michela e Vittorio sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno dato molti consigli per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Sono stati molto flessibili e ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in anticipato, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La posizione era a soli 10-15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, con molti ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Grazie per essere stati degli host meravigliosi!

We had a great stay at this property. Loved the location, close enough to everyone but not super touristy as the many great restaurants seemed to be mostly locals. Can walk to Termini Station or the Colosseum in 10 minutes. Easy check in and hosts had many great recommendations. A/C worked great which comes in handy in Rome.

Great place. Super close to a tram line and a metro line. There were some great restaurants super close. Termini is about a 15 min walk. It was easy to check in and it was nice that we could drop off our luggage earlier in the day before it was ready. Great communication. Super friendly and perfectly clean. If I return to Rome, I absolutely would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hosts responsiveness was outstanding. The apt was just as advertised, no surprises. Any questions we had, he answered promptly. He also checked in proactively just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. This was our first time in Rome and he made us feel right at home.
