Vittorio is fantastic!! Check in and check out was a breeze and communication throughout the stay was super efficient. 1 of my luggage was delayed for 3 days and Vittorio was so kind and very helpful to assist with the coordination (even late at some nights) with the airport staff to ensure my luggage was delivered promptly to me in Florence even I have already checked out of his apartment and proceed to Florence. Really appreciate his hospitality and generous offer to even lend my hubby his tshirt on the first night. Vittorio’s apartment is so well equipped with everything we need that we were able to stay comfortably even without our own toiletries. And yes, there are make up remover, cotton pads, body moisturing lotion, hair dryer n curler plus all the rest of the basic bathroom amenities in the 2 toilets. The apartment is accessible via a small lift and it is spacious for the 4 of us. The bedrooms are big n the beds are very comfortable (better than some of the hotels I’ve stayed) with clean and fresh bed linens. Furnishing of the apartment is splendid with many little thoughtful touches! One thing I would like to commend about Vittorio’s kitchenette other than it is fully equipped; the utensils, cutlery and crockery are all sparkling clean, just like home! It’s not like some other Airbnb I’ve stayed which were either too dirty to be use or we need to wash away the food stains etc. Thumbs up for making your apartment feels like home Vittorio! The location of the apartment is good. It’s walkable on foot to major attractions but if you don’t feel like walking, it’s very easy to grab taxi to anywhere. When we checked out in the early morning about 630am, we walked to the termini with 2 big luggages without difficulty! We are very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it because it’s truly a home away from home. Grazie Millie Vittorio!
