My friends and I were so pleased with this place. When we arrived from the train station, it was a 10 minute walk. We were able to drop our luggage while the cleaning was finishing up and we walked from there to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and included a binder of everything you need to know including restaurant recommendations both in and out of the neighborhood. I loved the charm of the building. The air conditioning was an amazing escape from the hot, sunny days and the elevator was perfect for our luggage. I would absolutely stay here again!

Michela and Vittorio’s are fantastic hosts, they allowed us to drop off our luggages earlier than check-in and they had left a black binder on the kitchen table with so many restaurant and cafe recommendations in each area of Rome which was very helpful! They also checked in with us here and there so see how we were finding things and if we needed anything which was considerate of them. The apartment is nicely decorated, minimalistic, and modern. The neighborhood is also quiet at night which is great, I’d recommend their place to anyone looking to visit Rome!

Nossos dias em Roma foram ótimos. Estávamos com uma criança de 10 meses, e a estrutura do apartamento e atendimento da Michela e Vittorio fizeram toda a diferença para que nos sentirmos em casa. Os anfitriões foram gentis em flexibilizar o nosso checkin, sempre respondendo rápido as nossas mensagens. Prepararam o apartamento com carinho, com ótimo berço e banheirinha. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao metro e atrações como o Coliseu. Encontramos ótimos restaurantes ao redor do apartamento. Quartos bastante espaçosos, camas e roupas de cama e limpeza impecável. Banheiros reformados também ótimos. Esperamos voltar em breve.

Michela and Vittorio’s place is an absolute gem! One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in a major city. Location is extremely convenient very walkable to Termini and Monti as well as most of the major Rome tourist attractions like the Colosseum, Roman forum, Palentine Hill, and also a manageable , walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and pantheon! From the start the hosts, we’re extremely communicative, very helpful, attentive and very flexible. They were proactive in their outreach and were always very quick to respond to any questions.The apartment itself was magnificent, wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, each room had a king bed that could be split into two twins if desired. Two bathrooms with two nice showers was a plus and a major benefit was the combo washer dryer! Perhaps the most important thing for summer nights in Rome was the apartment had excellent air conditioning with each bedroom & the living room all having their own units! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
