Location is absolutely it! In the middle of everything in Rome, easily walkable, lots of cafes, stores, attractions all around. We had a great stay at this property. Loved the location, close enough to everyone but not super touristy as the many great restaurants seemed to be mostly locals. Can walk to Termini Station or the Colosseum in 10 minutes. Easy check in and hosts had many great recommendations. A/C worked great which comes in handy in Rome.

Great place. Super close to a tram line and a metro line. There were some great restaurants super close. Termini is about a 15 min walk. It was easy to check in and it was nice that we could drop off our luggage earlier in the day before it was ready. Great communication. Super friendly and perfectly clean. If I return to Rome, I absolutely would not hesitate to stay there again.

He also checked in proactively just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. This was our first time in Rome and he made us feel right at home.
