Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute, attentionné ce qui est très appréciable. Toutes les commodités sont prévues dans l’appartement (le propriétaire vous laisse du café, des capsules pour le lave-vaisselle…) L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé à 10 min à pieds du Colisée et du centre historique (20 min de la Fontaine de Trevi), il y a un métro à 2 minutes. L’appartement est très propre, bonne literie.
